If you are in the UK, call 999 for an ambulance or go straight to A&E. Or ask someone else to call 999 or take you to A&E. If your life isn’t in danger but you need urgent support call your GP and ask for an emergency appointment. You can also call 111 out of hours – they will help you find the support and help you need.
 

The Mix

If you're under 25, you can call The Mix on 0808 808 4994 (Sunday-Friday 2pm–11pm) or text TALKLIFE to 85258 for free instant 24/7 support via text across the UK.

 

Samaritans

Free, confidential 24/7 support from normal people trained to support you.
